Please information with your laptop before shipping:
1. Company Name
2. A Signed Copy of AvalonTC Work Order
3. Return Address
4. Contact Name
5. Contact Phone
• Double wrap each laptop in “large bubble”
bubble wrap.
• Secure with tape. Place in box on its end, not
flat.
• Wrap auxiliary units in bubble wrap and place
in box with the laptop.
• Seal box with tape.
You can let AvalonTC make the arrangement and pickup
your laptop via UPS (if you are not in the Washington
Metro Area) or have our office pick up the machine by
sending our driver. Please click
